Everything happens in the app

The assessment, your plan, the five things to do today, the work you send in, and what your mentor sends back. One place, on the device you already check forty times a day.

Free to start. No card.

The same ProfileUp, on the web today. Your account carries over to the app when it arrives.

Not in the stores yet. Email us and you will hear from us the day it goes live — one email, nothing else.

01 · Your first session

By the end of your first session, you will know what you are doing tomorrow.

You will not be dropped into a course catalogue and left to browse. The first session runs straight through from assessment to a plan, because a student who finishes onboarding without a next action does not come back.

1

Know Me

30 min

About 50 questions across the five dimensions, in short sections. Your progress is saved after every section, so you can do it in one sitting or several.

2

Your starting point

3 min

Five scores, what you are already bringing, where those strengths could lead, and the next three steps. Strengths first, deliberately.

3

Career Explorer

5 min

Your top three directions, ranked from how you actually like to work, and all 10 to browse — then the honest reality of any of them, hard parts included.

4

Your goal

5 min

One ambition, split into this year and the next ninety days, then into a week you can actually see from where you are standing.

02 · Then every day

After that, it opens on today.

Not on a dashboard of eight metrics. On the five things to do, chosen for the goal you set, with a total at the top so you know what you are committing to before you start.

ONE DAY · 55 MINUTESRead15mVocabulary10mLesson20m5mRecord a speech5mReflectOnly one of these five can move your score — the one a mentor will read.
A 55-minute day — you choose anything from 10 to 55 minutes a day. Short is the point: it has to be short enough to do on a bad day, or the habit dies in week two.

Stage 5

Act

A short daily plan — 10 to 55 minutes, you choose. Not a course library to get lost in.

Stage 6

Measure

Scores move on reviewed work — never on app usage.

Stage 7

Improve

A mentor reads your work, and the plan changes based on what they find.

Stage 8

Achieve

A portfolio of verified evidence — not a CV of claims.

03 · Practicalities

What you need

  • A phone or a computer with a browser
  • An email address, for the sign-in code
  • About 30 minutes for the assessment
  • 10 to 55 minutes a day after that — you choose

What you do not need

  • A card — free to start
  • A password — sign-in is a one-time code
  • To have decided anything yet

What we do with your answers

Your assessment answers and your reflections are yours. Mentors see only the work you choose to send in, and only for the dimension they are reviewing. When the parent view arrives Coming soon, a parent linked to your account will see progress and achievements — never your reflections.
