01 · What you get
For the institution
- Cohort-level scores across the five dimensions, over time
- Where a class is strongest and where it is thin — by dimension, not by student
- How many students set a goal and kept to it for a quarter
For each student
- Their own Growth Profile, with the evidence behind every score
- A 90-day plan and a daily plan of 10 to 55 minutes a day
- Real mentors who review the work they send in
- A portfolio they can take with them when they leave
02 · What you never see
A school will see a cohort. It will never see a child’s answers, reflections or conversations.
Never shared with an institution
- Individual answers to any question
- Reflections and anything said to a counsellor
- Rankings of students against each other
- Anything a student has not agreed to share
How consent will work
- Every student chooses to join — enrolment is never automatic
- Under 18: a parent will confirm before anything is shared
- A student can leave, and take their record with them
03 · Where this is
Honestly, early. The cohort view is not built yet, and we are still working out what it should and should not show. If your school or college would like a say in that, write to us — we would rather start small and right than big and wrong.
